IT\-Supporter (w/m/d) =====================

DAS MACHST DU

  • Installation und Wartung von IT\-Arbeitsplatzsystemen (z. B. PCs, Laptops), Peripheriegeräten, Netzwerkkomponenten und Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Analyse und Behebung von HW\- und SW\-Problemen – per Remote, am Telefon oder direkt vor Ort
  • Unterstützung des 3rd\-Level\-Supports und externer Partner bei der Lösung kniffliger Fälle, vor allem im Client\- und Druckerbereich
  • Mitarbeit bei spannenden Projekten rund um Clients, Drucker und Netzwerke sowie eigenständige Umsetzung kleinerer technischer Projekten
  • Betreuung eines breiten Spektrums an Client\-Applikationen – sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
  • Zusätzlich zu den Hauptaufgaben engagierst du dich in der Ausbildung unserer Lernenden als Praxisbildner/in

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ, ICT\-Fachmann/\-frau oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit Windows\-Domänen (AD, DNS, DHCP, \- und Printserver)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows 11, M365 sowie im Netzwerkbereich
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Druckersysteme
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von IT\-Lernenden von Vorteil
  • Hohes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hilfsbereiter Teamplayer mit hoher Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie einer strukturierten, selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse für IT\-Fachliteratur
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
