Er du serviceminded, imødekommende og god til at skabe en positiv oplevelse for patienter og pårørende? Så er du måske vores nye barselsvikar i receptionen.

Vi søger en engageret barselsvikar til vores afdeling, hvor du bliver en vigtig del af patienternes første møde med os. Du vil være afdelingens ansigt udadtil og bidrage til, at patienter føler sig trygge, velkomne og godt modtaget.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Modtage og byde patienter og pårørende velkommen
  • Registrere og tjekke patienter ind i Sundhedsplatformen
  • Udføre skannings- og dokumenthåndteringsopgaver
  • Bestille tolk og kørsel.
  • Varetage øvrige administrative ad hoc-opgaver

Der vil være mulighed for gradvist at udvide opgaveporteføljen i takt med oplæring, interesser og afdelingens behov.

  • Er serviceminded og har en venlig og professionel fremtoning
  • Trives i kontakten med mange forskellige mennesker
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og struktureret
  • Er fortrolig med brugen af IT eller har let ved at lære nye systemer, kendskab til sundhedsplatformen er en klar fordel.
  • Kan bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag

Erfaring fra receptionsarbejde, administration eller sundhedsvæsenet er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Ansættelsesforhold

Stillingen er et barselsvikariat med ansættelse til 1. november eller hurtigst muligt. Stillingen er vagtfri og på 37 timer og løber til/med juni 2027. Vi afholder samtaler løbende.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår er efter gældende overenskomst: Administrations- og IT-personale m.fl. - overenskomst 32.01.1 - løn pr. 1.10.2026. Mødetiden kan ligge i tidsrummet 07.30-15.00 eller efter aftale.
