About the Role

BitOasis is seeking a highly driven Institutional OTC Sales Professional focused on front-line revenue generation and new business origination. Our Over-The-Counter (OTC) desk provides premium, high-touch execution services for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals requiring deep liquidity and flexible settlement for large block trades.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and onboarding institutional clients. You will work closely with our trading desk to facilitate large-ticket digital asset transactions, acting as the primary conduit between your client network and our internal execution capabilities. Crucially, the ideal candidate must bring an established, transferable book of institutional clients and a proven track record of monetizing those relationships in the digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Source, build a robust pipeline, and close new institutional clients requiring off-order-book execution for large-volume crypto and stablecoin trades.
  • Portfolio Activation: Leverage your existing, active network of institutional market participants to drive immediate trading volume to the OTC desk.
  • Trade Facilitation: Act as the primary point of contact between your clients and the internal trading desk. Facilitate large block trades, manage the Request for Quote (RFQ) lifecycle, and ensure competitive pricing and seamless execution.
  • Client Onboarding & Compliance: Guide newly acquired institutional clients through KYB (Know Your Business) and AML onboarding processes efficiently to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and expand client relationships by understanding their ongoing liquidity needs, trading requirements, and settlement preferences.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide clients with proactive market color, liquidity insights, and execution strategies to support their independent trading decisions.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional platform services that align with their operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Established Book of Business (Mandatory): Must possess a highly transferable and active network of institutional crypto market participants (e.g., family offices, corporate treasuries, asset managers, venture capital firms) ready to execute.
  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in institutional sales, OTC trading, or institutional brokerage, including a minimum of 2 years directly selling crypto/digital asset OTC execution services.
  • Sales Mentality: A proven, metrics-driven track record of outbound origination, net-new client acquisition, and meeting or exceeding revenue/volume targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto market microstructure, liquidity aggregation, stablecoin settlement, and fiat banking rails.
  • Commercial Acumen: Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and closing skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with high-net-worth and institutional clients.
  • Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication. Ability to explain complex execution mechanics clearly and accurately under fast-paced market conditions.
  • Regulatory Adherence: As an employee of a regulated entity, the successful candidate will be expected to adhere strictly to all internal compliance frameworks, market conduct standards, and UAE regulatory requirements.
