Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily construction activities to ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain project records and documentation, including work programmes, method statements, inspection reports, and progress updates.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and construction-related issues encountered on site.
  • Attend coordination and project meetings, providing timely updates on project status, potential risks, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, resource management, budget control, and overall project coordination.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil or construction projects.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with local regulations, WSH requirements, and construction practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
