Responsabilidades: Executa atividades operacionais no processo produtivo, atuando em tarefas como montagem, embalagem, abastecimento de linha e manuseio de materiais. É responsável por manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e seguro, contribuindo para a qualidade dos produtos e para o bom desempenho das operações da fábrica.

Escolaridade Obrigatória: Ensino Fundamental completo.

Experiência: Experiência anterior em ambiente fabril, com atuação em rotinas de produção, organização de materiais e manuseio de produtos.

Nota: Para os profissionais já atuantes no cargo antes da elaboração do Manual do Colaborador (criado em 07/2023, atualmente em sua 8ª revisão, vigente desde 01/08/2025), poderão ser consideradas a escolaridade e a experiência previamente adquiridas.

Tais competências são validadas com base na experiência prática consolidada na função e no tempo de atuação na Companhia. A aptidão do colaborador para a função está formalmente registrada no formulário Avaliação de Aptidão.

Para eventuais promoções, o mesmo critério poderá ser adotado, sendo possível a aplicação de testes específicos ou outras ações avaliativas, conforme necessidade e pertinência à função.

  • Cumprir as normas e procedimentos operacionais, de segurança, higiene e qualidade definidos pela empresa;
  • Manter a área de trabalho organizada, limpa e higienizada, garantindo condições adequadas para a operação;
  • Auxiliar nas etapas de montagem, embalagem e manuseio de produtos conforme instruções de produção;
  • Abastecer linhas e máquinas com os materiais e insumos necessários à continuidade do processo produtivo;
  • Realizar controle visual e funcional básico da qualidade dos produtos durante a operação;
  • Apoiar a movimentação de materiais e produtos utilizando carrinhos, paleteiras ou equipamentos similares;
  • Auxiliar na reposição de materiais e organização de estoques operacionais;
  • Comunicar ao supervisor imediato qualquer falha, anomalia ou irregularidade no processo produtivo;
  • Executar outras tarefas correlatas de apoio à produção, conforme demanda e orientação da liderança.
  • Montagem e embalagem de produtos;
  • Abastecimento de linhas de produção;
  • Higienização e organização da área de trabalho;
  • Manuseio de materiais e equipamentos simples;
  • Controle básico de qualidade durante o processo;
  • Apoio na reposição e organização de insumos e materiais;
  • Comunicação de ocorrências à supervisão;
  • Cumprimento das normas de segurança, higiene e qualidade;
  • Colaboração com a equipe para manter o ritmo e fluxo produtivo.
  • Responsável pelo Registro do Monitoramento do Ponto Crítico de Controle (PCC).
