Sobre a Vaga

Profissional de TI com conhecimentos básicos a intermediários para atuar no suporte e atendimento aos nossos colaboradores e clientes. O profissional será responsável por prestar suporte técnico presencial e remoto, garantindo o funcionamento adequado dos ambientes de tecnologia e a satisfação dos usuários.

Atividades:

Atendimento e suporte técnico a usuários finais (Help Desk e Service Desk);

Instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores e notebooks;

Diagnóstico e resolução de problemas relacionados a hardware e software;

Administração básica de ambientes Microsoft Windows;

Suporte e administração básica do Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint e demais aplicativos);

Configuração e manutenção de impressoras e servidores de impressão;

Suporte a redes de dados, incluindo conectividade cabeada e Wi-Fi;

Configuração básica de equipamentos de rede (switches, roteadores e access points);

Abertura, acompanhamento e encerramento de chamados técnicos;

Documentação de atendimentos e procedimentos técnicos;

Apoio na implementação de melhorias e boas práticas de TI.

Requisitos

Formação técnica ou cursando graduação em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimento básico a intermediário em sistemas operacionais Windows;

Conhecimento básico a intermediário em Microsoft 365;

Conhecimento básico em redes TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS e Wi-Fi;

Experiência com suporte a desktops e notebooks, preferencialmente equipamentos Dell;

Conhecimento em instalação e configuração de impressoras;

Boa comunicação e relacionamento com clientes;

Organização, proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento em básico equipamentos de rede HP/Aruba, Ubiquiti ou similares;

Conhecimento básico em Windows Server;

Experiência com ferramentas de acesso remoto;

Certificações Microsoft, Dell ou redes;

Possuir CNH categoria AB.
