Vi söker en personlig assistent till en ung man som bor i Lund och behöver stöd och hjälp med stora delar av sin vardag.

Som personlig assistent kommer du bland annat att hjälpa till med personlig omvårdnad, förflyttningar, matsituationer och kommunikation.

Arbetet utförs där kunden befinner sig, vilket innebär att du som assistent följer med på aktiviteter, vårdbesök och andra delar av kundens vardag.

Eftersom mannen bor tillsammans med sin familj kommer du att ha ett stort stöd under introduktionen. Målet är att du efter hand ska känna dig trygg och kunna arbeta självständigt tillsammans med kunden.

Vem söker vi?

Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet från vård och omsorg, men vi lägger störst vikt vid personlig lämplighet. För oss är det viktigt att du tycker om att arbeta med människor, är lyhörd och alltid har kunden i fokus.

Vi söker en man som:

Är tobaksfri. Är parfymfri under arbetstid. Är i god fysisk form, då arbetet till viss del är fysiskt krävande. Talar och skriver flytande svenska. Har körkort och tillgång till bil för att kunna ta dig till och från arbetet.

Dessa krav är viktiga eftersom de utgår från kundens behov och är en förutsättning för att vardagen ska fungera på bästa sätt.

Arbetstid

Arbetstiden är måndag–fredag kl. 09.00–17.00. Du är ledig på röda dagar.

Vi följer Kommunals kollektivavtal och tillämpar timlön.
