What You'll Build & Own

- Own the partnerships. Build, grow, and strengthen relationships with leading insurers.

- Spot untapped potential, pitch bold ideas, and turn them into commercially viable partnerships.

- Close deals. Lead negotiations, secure commercial agreements.

- Build from 0 to 1. Turn ideas into actual launches.

- Drive growth. Own partnership performance, revenue targets, and commercial outcomes.

- Solve problems. Break through roadblocks, challenge the status quo, and find ways to get things done.

- Move fast. Take ownership from strategy to execution without waiting to be told what to do.

What You Bring

- 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles. Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.

- Proven ability to originate opportunities, negotiate deals, and deliver measurable results.

- Strong commercial instincts, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and drive execution independently.

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where priorities evolve and expectations are high.

- Based in Malaysia and able to work on-site at our Petaling Jaya HQ.
