  • Help maintain BIG’s CRM and project databases, including Salesforce, OpenAsset and Airtable, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and up-to-date
  • Support client, consultant and collaborator engagement through meetings, presentations, office tours and relationship development
  • Coordinate with BIG’s local project teams, specialist disciplines, global Business Development and Communications teams, and external consultants as required

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong interest in architecture, design, business development and market research, particularly across the London studio’s core markets
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate architectural and technical ideas clearly and accurately
  • Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong graphic and document-production skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Microsoft Office (please demonstrate in your portfolio / work examples)
  • An understanding of the project lifecycle, procurement and competitions, as well as direct experience responding to PQQs, RFQs, RFPs and client proposals is be an advantage
  • Experience with CRM or project databases; knowledge of Salesforce, OpenAsset or Airtable is an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages (e.g. Arabic) are an asset

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
