Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) ist ein global tätiges Architekturbüro mit über 800 Architektinnen und Architekten, Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren, Stadtplanerinnen und Stadtplanern sowie interdisziplinären Expertinnen und Experten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Zürich mit Standorten in Wiedikon und Kloten suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Architekt/in für die Projekt- oder Co-Projektleitung eines unserer Projekte in der Schweiz.

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (ETH/FH oder vergleichbar) mit und hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Schweiz. Du verfügst über Führungserfahrung und hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches und gestalterisches Verständnis. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie eine sichere Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten sind für diese Position wichtig.

Anforderungen

  • Master / Diplom in Architektur (ETH/FH)
  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in der Schweiz, in möglichst allen SIA Phasen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse(verhandlungssicher)
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement,Vertrautheit mit dem SchweizerVertrags-, Normen undBauwesen.
  • Führungskompetenz, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit
  • professioneller Umgang mit BIM
  • Fähigkeit, technische und gestalterische Herausforderungen durch innovatives Denken zu lösen
  • Proaktive, selbst motivierte und transparente Arbeitsweise

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen eines interessanten Projekts mit einem Team von 6 – 12 Mitarbeitenden
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit Auftraggeber, Behörden, Fachplanern
  • Verantwortung für Planung und Termine
  • Unterstützung der Standortleitung in Bezug auf das Projekt
