Wir sind ein junges, dynamisches Unternehmen in Boswil, spezialisiert auf die Umformung von Blechen mittels Tiefziehen, Metalldrücken sowie Laserschneiden, Stanzen und Abkanten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen motivierten

Bediener 3D\-Laserschneidanlage / TruLaser Cell 100% (m/w) --------------------------------------------------------------

DEINE AUFGABENGEBIETE

  • Maschinenbedienung: Du programmierst, rüstest und bedienst unsere hochmoderne TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 5030 eigenverantwortlich.
  • Prozessüberwachung: Du überwachst und optimierst den 3D\-Schneidprozess unserer Blech\- und Umformteile und greifst bei Abweichungen sofort ein.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Mit einer exakten und sauberen Arbeitsweise stellst Du sicher, dass unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards bei jedem Bauteil eingehalten werden.
  • Abwechslung: Neben dem Laser unterstützt Du unser Team flexibel bei diversen Arbeiten in der Produktion.
  • Pionierarbeit: Du bist von Tag eins an beim Aufbau unseres neuen Laser\-Bereichs dabei und nimmst die TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 5030 mit in Betrieb.

WAS DU DAFÜR BRAUCHST

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst eine solide Grunderfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung oder eine mechanische Grundbildung mit.
  • Laser\-Know\-how: Idealerweise hast Du schon Erfahrung in der Bedienung und selbständiger Programmierung von Laserschneidanlagen (optimalerweise TRUMPF).
  • Zeichnungen lesen: Mechanische Fachkenntnisse und das sichere Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Persönlichkeit und Sprache: Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, hast eine Macher\-Mentalität und besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
