The posting

AI schrijft steeds meer van onze code. Daarom zoekt BKR een ervaren .NET-ontwikkelaar die ziet wanneer die code klopt en wanneer niet.

Je komt in het team Development, dat de ICT-oplossingen van BKR van begin tot eind bouwt. BKR heeft Development, infra- en Cloud-architectuur, testautomatisering en business informatie analyse in huis. De teams werken T-shaped: je hebt je eigen specialisme en schakelt makkelijk met de andere disciplines.

Je werkt in een BizDevOps-team volgens Agile en Scrum, samen met business informatie analisten, testspecialisten en operations. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt onze kernapplicaties in C# en .NET, met SQL Server en Entity Framework. Voor moderne webinterfaces zetten we in op Blazor. Onze applicaties draaien in een moderne Azure Cloud-omgeving, waarbij CI/CD en geautomatiseerde deployments de standaard zijn. Denk aan EVA, de Externe Verwijzings Applicatie waarmee BKR fraudepreventie faciliteert voor de NVB en VFN, en VIS, het Verificatie Identificatie Systeem waarmee organisaties identiteits- en reisdocumenten op geldigheid controleren.

AI-tools horen bij het werk. Je gebruikt onder meer GitHub Copilot om sneller te bouwen. Het verschil zit erin dat je snapt wat er uitkomt en waar het misgaat. Jij houdt overzicht over de architectuur en bewaakt de kwaliteit.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Softwarecomponenten bouwen op basis van requirement-, ontwerp- en architectuurdocumenten
  • Code schrijven voor system services, applicaties en moderne Blazor webinterfaces in C# en .NET
  • Aanpassingen integreren in bestaande applicaties
  • Onze CI/CD deployment pipelines inrichten, optimaliseren en onderhouden
  • Applicaties deployen, monitoren en beheren binnen de Azure Cloud-omgeving
  • Unit- en integratietesten uitvoeren en issues oplossen
  • Tweedelijns incident- en problemsupport leveren
  • Meedraaien in refinements, sprint planningen, reviews en retrospectives
  • AI inzetten waar het helpt, zonder het overzicht te verliezen.

Wat we van je vragen

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als .NET-ontwikkelaar met C#, SQL Server en Entity Framework
  • Ervaring met Azure Cloud-architectuur en het opzetten en onderhouden van CI/CD deployment pipelines (bijvoorbeeld via Azure DevOps of GitHub Actions)
  • Ervaring met het bouwen van webapplicaties in Blazor is een pre
  • Thuis in Agile, Scrum en het werken in BizDevOps-teams
  • Je werkt dagelijks met AI-coding assistants en weet waar hun grenzen liggen
  • Je blijft leren, juist nu AI veel werk overneemt. Vragen we hoe je jezelf scherp houdt en waar je je kennis vandaan haalt, dan heb je daar een goed antwoord op
  • Een ontwikkelaar die zijn mond opendoet. Je spreekt tegen als iets niet klopt en je vertaalt technische keuzes naar taal die het management snapt
  • Je hebt oog voor informatiebeveiliging. Bij ons hoort dat erbij, want we beheren gevoelige data
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste. Onze voertaal is Nederlands.

Wat we bieden

  • Een salaris tot € 5.632,98 bruto per maand (schaal 6, functie Developer) bij een fulltime dienstverband van 1 fte

Die data gebruiken kredietaanbieders, gemeenten en overheden om verantwoorde beslissingen te nemen. Daarnaast faciliteren we fraudepreventie- en identiteitsdiensten voor de financiële sector. BKR is opgericht in 1965 en telt circa 115 medewerkers in Tiel.
