We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Weld/Fabrication specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Utilize measurement tools to ensure components meet required specifications.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct hotwork operations while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Lift and maneuver materials as needed for fabrication tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong measurement skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding techniques.
  • Commitment to safety and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and operate a forklift.
  • Experience with hotwork operations.
