Jag är en kille som bor i Osby & jag är medlem i Blå Assistans eftersom jag vill ha en självvald & självstyrd assistans. Blå Assistans åtar sig att vara arbetsgivare för mina assistenter medan jag själv väljer vilka jag vill att de ska anställa. Jag schemalägger min assistans & bestämmer över assistenternas arbetsinnehåll. Min anordnare strävar efter att både medlemmar, assistenter & administrativ personal ska ha den kompetens som deras arbetsuppgifter kräver. Blå Assistans är en rikstäckande ideell förening som drivs i kooperativ form sedan år 1994. Kooperativet anordnar personlig assistans i enlighet med LSS intentioner, den lag som ger personer med funktionsnedsättning "rätt att leva som andra". Personlig assistent är serviceyrket som stödjer en person med funktionsnedsättning att leva det liv han/hon själv vill leva. I din anställning ingår det att delta i utbildningar som påkallas av arbetsgivaren. Vi undanber oss erbjudanden om annonserings- & rekryteringshjälp. Vi söker 1 styck, gärna kille 30+, som vill arbeta som personlig assistent och som kan hoppa in vid behov tex vid ordinarie assistents sjukdom, ledighet eller annan frånvaro. Det är viktigt att du som söker kan arbeta dag, kväll, natt, helg och storhelger. Dina arbetsuppgifter blir att assistera vår medlem med allt han själv inte klarar av, det kan vara allt från assistans med på klädning till att följa med på olika aktiviteter. Det är viktigt att du tycker om att umgås med människor, att du är positiv, glad och ansvarsfull. Det viktigaste när du ska arbeta hos vår medlem är att personkemin stämmer överens mellan dig och vår medlem. Du som söker ska kunna arbetat vilken dag som helst i veckan. Du kommer att få en god introduktion av arbetsledaren. Passen vi söker anställda till är lagda 19.00-07.00 under natten har du jour vilket innebär att du har jourersättning 6 timmar och aktiv tid 6 timmar.
