Hvem er vi?

Blåbærhaven i Klejtrup er et lille friplejehjem med demensspeciale og 24 beboere med demens eller andre kognitive funktionsnedsættelser. Vi ser mennesket bag diagnosen og arbejder med individuelle behov, relationer og en værdig tilværelse. Vi har stor fokus på udvikling, vidensdeling og tilpassede hverdagsaktiviteter.

  • Er uddannet SSA eller sygeplejerske
  • Er nysgerrig på demens og mennesket før diagnosen

Hos os følger du opgaven helt til dørs - også når det gælder dokumentation, opgaver og opfølgning. Der er bl.a. dispenseringsdage og lægebesøg.

Vi har ugentlige beboermøder , hvor vi arbejder med bl.a T om Kitwoods blomst, isbjergmodellen og trivselskarret

Praktisk info

  • Stillingen er på 28-34 timer, primært dagvagt
  • Der indgår enkelte aftenvagter
  • Ved mere end 30 timer weekendvagt hver 2. weekend
  • Opstart 1.12 eller snarest muligt
  • Løn efter gældende overenskomst
