À PROPOS DE CETTE OPPORTUNITÉ DE CARRIÈRE

Black & McDonald est actuellement à la recherche d’un frig​oriste compagnon pour joindre sa Division Service, au bureau situé à Brossard (Québec).

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable d’effectuer l’entretien, le dépannage et les réparations d’équipements de climatisation et de réfrigération, ainsi que de répondre aux appels de service dans la région du Grand Montréal. Ce poste relève du directeur de la Division Service.

RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Les principales responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter :

  • Effectuer l’entretien, le diagnostic et la réparation d’équipements de climatisation et de réfrigération
  • Répondre efficacement aux appels de service en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité
  • Assurer une communication continue et une collaboration étroite avec les clients assignés
  • Compléter les rapports de service et assurer un suivi adéquat des interventions
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres techniciens et équipes internes

FORMATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

  • DEP en réfrigération
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire
  • Carte de compagnon frigoriste valide
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais requis (communications fréquentes avec la clientèle)
  • Connaissance des contrôles DDC (un atout)
  • Expérience en environnement commercial et industriel
  • Carte de chauffage au gaz TAG‑1 (un atout)
  • Connaissance des refroidisseurs de type chiller (un atout)
  • Connaissance des systèmes à l’ammoniac et/ou CO₂ (un atout)

QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES

  • Autonomie et sens de l’organisation dans la gestion des appels de service
  • Excellente capacité à diagnostiquer des problématiques techniques et à proposer des solutions efficaces
  • Rigueur et souci du travail bien fait, dans le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité
  • Forte orientation client et professionnalisme lors des interventions sur site
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement avec les clients, les collègues et les gestionnaires
  • Bonne gestion des priorités et capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Ouverture au changement et intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies en réfrigération et climatisation
  • Engagement envers l’apprentissage continu et le développement professionnel
