The posting

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support brand growth within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and promotional campaigns, with a strong focus on increasing brand awareness, attracting customers, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services, restaurants, events, and hospitality offerings. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain a consistent brand image. Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal offers, events, and special packages. Collaborate with the sales, operations, and guest relations teams to support business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities. Manage online listings, promotional content, and brand visibility across relevant platforms. Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and customer conversion rates. Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, and other external partners when required. Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results. Support customer retention initiatives and strategies to increase repeat business. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or tourism industry. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and online advertising. Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Creative thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with different teams. Knowledge of graphic design tools, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising is an advantage.
