The posting

A well-established regional organization is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead and strengthen its end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced food and consumer-focused environment. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across procurement, planning, inventory, supplier management, logistics and distribution while supporting business growth, service excellence and cost optimization. Key areas of responsibility: • Supply chain strategy and operational planning • Strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations • Demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment • Warehousing, transportation and distribution • Product availability and service-level improvement • Cost optimization and supplier performance • Process improvement, automation and analytics • Quality, safety and regulatory compliance • Cross-functional stakeholder management • Leadership and development of supply chain teams Requirements • Extensive end-to-end supply chain experience • Strong leadership exposure within food, consumer goods, FMCG, food service, hospitality or related multi-site operations • Proven experience across procurement, planning, inventory and logistics • Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled or perishable product supply chains • Demonstrated success in cost reduction and operational improvement • Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems • Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities • Regional experience would be advantageous Benefits Remuneration Package -Competitive Salary -Standard Benefits as per UAE Labor Law "To view other vacancies we have, please check our website (www.blackpearlconsult.com) and follow us on our social media accounts - LinkedIn / Instagram Follow the Black Pearl channel on WhatsApp. Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
