Looking for a strong written and verbal communicator with exceptional organizational skills to take ownership of our client’s software production support services. § Build, Coach and Train a team supporting clients you will work with directly § Take ownership of meeting the companies objectives in a 24/7/365 on call environment Required Experience § Operations/Production support experience in the technology companies § Experience in leading teams up to 12 § data analysis/development experience (NoSQL DB a plus) § knowledge, of the full SDLC § Agile/Kanban experience § Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures § Experience with Jira § Bachelor’s Degree required, PM certifications preferred.
