Svensktalende kundeservicemedarbejder

Fuldtidsstilling – Storkøbenhavn, Herlev

Blackbird Coffee er i vækst og har åbnet for kaffeløsninger i Sverige. Derfor søger vi en svensktalende kundeservicemedarbejder, der også behersker dansk, og som har lyst til at være en del af både kundeservice og operations på tværs af vores danske og svenske forretning.

Om jobbet

Som kundeservicemedarbejder hos Blackbird Coffee får du en central rolle i den daglige drift. Dit arbejde vil veksle mellem:

  • Kundeservice for vores svenske kunder
  • Support og koordination af operations i både Danmark og Sverige
  • Du bliver en del af et team, hvor samarbejde, ansvar og kvalitet er i fokus – og hvor du er tæt på både kunder og interne processer.

Dine primære opgaver:

  • Besvare henvendelser fra kunder via mail og telefon (primært Sverige)
  • Hjælpe kunder med spørgsmål om kaffeløsninger, leverancer, service og aftaler
  • Understøtte operations med praktiske og administrative opgaver
  • Koordinere mellem kunder, teknikere og interne teams
  • Bidrage til struktur og overblik i den daglige drift
  • Sikre en professionel og imødekommende kundeoplevelse – hver gang

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Taler og skriver flydende svensk
  • Taler og skriver dansk på et godt niveau
  • Har erfaring med kundeservice, support eller operations (ikke et krav, men en fordel)
  • Arbejder struktureret og tager ansvar for dine opgaver
  • Er serviceminded og trives med direkte kundekontakt
  • Har lyst til at arbejde i en virksomhed i vækst, hvor tingene udvikler sig løbende
