Wie zijn wij?

The Lake is een stijlvol gastronomisch restaurant op een unieke locatie aan het water in Keerbergen. We staan voor verfijnde, toegankelijke gastronomie, kwaliteitsvolle producten en een warme gastvrijheid.

Met een gevestigde klantenkring en een duidelijke identiteit kijken we vol ambitie naar de toekomst.

Daarom zoeken we een gedreven chef-kok die samen met ons verder wil bouwen aan het culinaire verhaal van The Lake.

Jouw rol

We zoeken geen chef die simpelweg een bestaande kaart overneemt, maar een culinaire persoonlijkheid met een eigen visie.

Je krijgt de vrijheid om je creativiteit en persoonlijke signatuur te ontwikkelen, met respect voor de identiteit en waarden van The Lake.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Zelfstandig de keuken leidt en het keukenteam aanstuurt.
  • Seizoensgebonden menu's en gerechten ontwikkelt met een eigen creatieve toets.
  • Waakt over kwaliteit, smaak, presentatie en consistentie.
  • Verantwoordelijk bent voor een efficiënte keukenorganisatie, aankopen en foodcost.
  • Samen met de zaakvoerders nadenkt over de culinaire evolutie van The Lake.

Wie zoeken we?

Een gepassioneerde chef met ervaring in de gastronomische keuken, die klaar is om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

Je combineert creativiteit met organisatietalent en begrijpt dat een sterke keuken niet alleen draait om mooie gerechten, maar ook om teamwork, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit.

Je hebt een eigen visie, maar voelt ook aan wat past binnen de identiteit van het restaurant en de verwachtingen van onze gasten.
