Das erwartet dich Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich New Work Advisory bist du ein aktives Mitglied unserer Crew und trittst gemeinsam mit uns in die nächste entscheidende Phase ein: Denn mit KI und Agents ist die eigentliche Währung nicht mehr Wissen oder Technologie, sondern die Fähigkeit, in Teams in Rekordzeit neue Fähigkeiten zu verankern und daraus permanent neuen Wert zu erzeugen. Wer diese Fähigkeit kultiviert, gewinnt langfristig. Du unterstützt unsere Berater:innen im Projektalltag und bekommst praxisnahe Einblicke in unsere Arbeit. Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, die Arbeitswelt unserer Kund:innen mit zukunftsweisenden KI-Lösungen zu gestalten. Bei uns erlebst du, wie wir Unternehmen dabei helfen, mit der Geschwindigkeit neuer Tools und Methoden Schritt zu halten und sich kontinuierlich anzupassen: Free People from the Old Ways of Working – by leveraging Future Technologies!

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Trainings begleiten und Tools vermitteln Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Trainings rund um moderne Kollaborationstools wie Microsoft 365 (z. B. Teams, Planner, OneNote) und Google Workspace sowie GenAI-Tools wie ChatGPT oder Microsoft Copilot. Dabei vermittelst du unseren Kund:innen nicht nur Funktionen, sondern auch neue Arbeitsweisen.
  • Change gestalten Du begleitest Change-Prozesse und erlebst, wie wir neue Tools und Denkweisen in Organisationen einführen und dauerhaft verankern.
  • Kommunikation mitgestalten Du unterstützt bei Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und bringst deine Perspektive in Konzeptions- und Visionsworkshops ein.
  • Trends und Themen aufbereiten Du recherchierst relevante Trends im Kontext New Work, GenAI und digitale Zusammenarbeit und bereitest diese zielgruppengerecht auf.
  • Verantwortung übernehmen Du übernimmst eigene Aufgabenbereiche und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich mit – begleitet von unserem Vertrauen in deine Fähigkeiten.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in an einer Hochschule in Hamburg und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1).
  • Du hast Spaß daran, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen und Menschen für neue Tools zu begeistern.
  • Tech ist für dich kein Fremdwort, sondern Neugierde: Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Tools wie Microsoft 365, Google Workspace oder auch GenAI-Anwendungen wie ChatGPT, Copilot oder Gemini mit.
  • Du arbeitest gerne kollaborativ, gehst proaktiv auf andere zu und möchtest dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Erste Berufserfahrung (z. B. durch Praktika oder andere Werkstudierendenstellen) ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
