售前技术沟通（90%）：

1、配合销售人员获客，梳理挖掘客户需求，并收集客户的普适性需求并提出反馈意见给产品部门；

2、针对客户进行调研、需求分析、方案设计，制作Demo环境并进行演示；

3、深度参与项目投标过程及投标技术文件的制作；

4、编制和沟通确定技术协议；

5、参与市场活动并进行新技术、新成果的市场推广;

6、能够适应出差，热爱售前工作

实施（10%）：

1、在学习和理解客户流程的基础上，引导客户利用公司现有产品能力来满足需求，并能协调不同资源确保项目顺利实施；

2、以主动服务，结合客户实际场景提供专业的产品培训，引导客户更好地使用产品，及时解决用户在实际使用中的问题；

3、负责维护客户账户，在产品不断迭代过程中，提供更优质的服务及体验，提升客户对产品的依赖；

4、完成公司内部新员工的产品培训；

5、完成公司交付的其他工作；

1、本科或以上学历，3年以上工作经验；

2、有过2年以上中大型企业客户的MES项目管理经验，有过企业级软件的销售/售前/实施/咨询经验优先；

3、有过机加工、汽配、注塑、小家电、食品、医药、化妆品、医疗器械等行业背景优先

4、熟悉产品知识、项目管理知识、客户服务等知识，软件/产品操作（ERP/MES等优先）、办公软件操作熟练；

5、有全局观、很好的统筹协调能力，沟通引导能力强；

6、具备方案撰写能力，熟悉需求分析及场景化能力优先；
