Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery practices.
  • Directly manage and deliver assigned projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closure.
  • Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and capacity management.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery KPIs.
  • Manage escalations and drive resolution of critical delivery issues.
  • Ensure consistent project governance, reporting, and compliance with delivery methodologies.
  • Coordinate with senior management, clients, and internal departments to align priorities and expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project management practices and delivery performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading Project Managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects independently.
  • Strong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, risk management, and resource planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results across multiple teams.
