Working closely with the private equity and infrastructure teams, product specialists, sales, and regional marketing partners, this individual will manage key BXPE and BXINFRA marketing materials, support global content activation, and contribute to broader product marketing and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Channel Marketing, Firm Content, Digital Strategy, Production, Design, Events, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Wealth Sales, Product Specialist, and Legal and Compliance teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies for BXPE and BXINFRA.
  • Drive the development, approvals and execution of investment content, product positioning, advisor-facing narratives, and marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, thought leadership, market commentary, case studies, event content, and digital campaigns)
  • Identify opportunities to amplify portfolio activity, market trends, fund updates, and investment themes through differentiated marketing programs.
  • Support new product launches, product extensions of existing funds, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market campaigns
  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution
  • Monitor competitive developments and industry trends to inform product positioning, messaging, and content strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, investment communications, asset management marketing, investor relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence communicating to senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience in synthesizing complex investment concepts into clear, audience-appropriate content.
  • Demonstrated proficiency to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing cross‑functional workflows with multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, timelines, and clear communication.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, or can obtain within one year of employment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
