Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team Promote and reinforce proven strategies for selling new and pre-owned vehicles Create and manage team schedules Interview, train, and hire sales staff Set, track, and achieve sales goals Develop strategies, budgets, and promotions that drive results Negotiate sales and oversee customer interactions, follow-ups, and team performance
