What You'll Do

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and develop repeat and referral business.
  • Listen to customers and help them select the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Learn our vehicles, technology, features, and product offerings.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations.
  • Follow up with customers throughout and after the sales process.
  • Develop your communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Work with Sales Management to set goals and continuously improve your performance.

Who We're Looking For

Automotive sales experience is not required to have the potential to succeed here.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Motivated, ambitious, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
  • Coachable and ready to improve
  • Competitive while still being a team player
  • Professional and dependable
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • In possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record
