Klaar voor HVAC-projecten op een hoger niveau?

Ben jij een ervaren HVAC-monteur of ploegbaas die graag de leiding neemt, maar zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen steekt?

Voor een onafhankelijk familiebedrijf zoeken we een meewerkend ploegbaas HVAC & Sanitair die uitdagende installaties tot een goed einde brengt.

Je werkt op grotere projecten zoals ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra, bedrijfshallen, warehouses en kantoorgebouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt een montageploeg van minimaal twee personen aan, inclusief jezelf.
  • Je monteert industriële HVAC- en sanitaire installaties.
  • Je organiseert de opstart van werven en bereidt de werkzaamheden voor.
  • Je leest technische plannen en vertaalt die naar een correcte uitvoering.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en lost technische uitdagingen op.
  • Je werkt samen met projectleiders, collega's en onderaannemers.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en de voortgang op de werf.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare praktijkervaring met de montage van HVAC- en sanitaire installaties.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en zelfstandig uitvoeren.
  • Je kunt een kleine montageploeg organiseren, begeleiden en aansturen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met grotere utiliteits- of industriële projecten, of bent klaar voor deze stap.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je kunt samenwerken met projectleiders en onderaannemers.
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands om veilig en efficiënt op de werf te communiceren.
  • Je kunt je vlot verplaatsen naar de vertrekplaats.

Ervaring met Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric of vergelijkbare HVAC-systemen is een pluspunt, geen absolute vereiste.
