Ihre Aufgabe – ganzheitliche Entwicklung

  • Sie entwickeln Produktkonzepte von der Idee bis zur Serienreife – unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Sie übersetzen Kundenanforderungen in durchdachte, robuste Produktlösungen
  • Sie arbeiten nach klar definierten Konstruktions- und Entwicklungsrichtlinien
  • Sie dokumentieren, bewerten und strukturieren Arbeitsergebnisse als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage
  • Sie identifizieren Risiken frühzeitig und führen systematische Risikoanalysen durch
  • Sie konstruieren konsequent herstellkostenoptimiert und fertigungsgerecht
  • Sie arbeiten eng im Team und bringen sich aktiv in agile Entwicklungsprozesse (SCRUM) ein

Ihr Profil

fundiert, strukturiert, praxisnah

  • Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in der Produktentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in der Waffentechnik (insbesondere Handfeuerwaffen), in der Jagdwaffentechnik oder ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis im jagdlichen Umfeld
  • Sicher im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (Solid Edge oder NX)
  • Routine im Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, über den eigenen Fachbereich hinaus zu denken
  • Von Vorteil:Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden Kenntnisse in Design- und Prozess-FMEA, FEM, Target Costing sowie PLM-Systemen
