Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen uns bei der Identifikation, Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer KI-Lösungen entlang unserer Entwicklungs- und Projektprozesse.

  • Analyse und Bewertung bestehender Arbeitsprozesse im Projektmanagement, in der Produktentwicklung sowie im Projekteinkauf gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit in ausgewählten KI- und Automatisierungsprojekten entsprechend Ihrer Kenntnisse und Interessen
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung von KI-basierten Assistenz- und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Umsetzung und Erprobung von Prototypen sowie Pilotanwendungen
  • Bewertung der entwickelten Lösungen hinsichtlich Ergebnisqualität, Nutzerakzeptanz, Zeitersparnis und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Dokumentation von Lösungsansätzen, Ergebnissen und Erkenntnissen
  • Präsentation von Handlungsempfehlungen gegenüber den beteiligten Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Alternativ bei einem fachfremden Studiengang: nachweisbares Eigenengagement und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung, Datenverarbeitung oder Softwareentwicklung
  • Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und digitale Technologien
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Themengebiete:Generative KI und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten im Unternehmensumfeld Strukturierte Verarbeitung von Daten und Dokumenten Prompt Engineering und Evaluation von KI-Anwendungen API-Grundlagen und Systemintegration Automatisierungslogiken und digitale Workflows Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) und semantische Suche Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio oder vergleichbare Automatisierungsplattformen Erste Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Grundkenntnisse in SQL
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Anwendungen

  • Einblicke in den gesamten Projektverlauf von der Prozessanalyse über die Umsetzung bis zur Nutzenbewertung
  • Fachliche Betreuung, regelmäßiger Austausch mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen und Freiraum für eigenständiges Arbeiten
