About Us We are a leading automotive service center dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. With a commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction, our center offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on quick service and quality. We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in the Business Development Center and Service Cashier role.

Position Overview As an Automotive Service Department BDC / Service Cashier, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers. This role combines aspects of customer service, business development, and cashier responsibilities, making it ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Interaction: Answer and make phone calls to schedule service appointments, follow up on customer inquiries, and provide updates on service progress. - Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to schedule appointments efficiently and meet customer demands. - Cashiering Duties: Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and provide receipts. - BDC Support: Support the Business Development Center by maintaining an active customer pipeline and following up on leads. - Customer Satisfaction: Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring an excellent experience. - Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and documentation of customer transactions and service histories. Qualifications - Education: High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or automotive services is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. - Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills. - Attention to detail, especially with handling cash and processing payments.
