Das Blickfeld ist weit mehr als ein Wohn- oder Pflegeheim. Wir begleiten Menschen mit psychischen oder körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen sowie Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf im Alter in ihrem Alltag, fördern ihre Selbstständigkeit und schaffen Lebensqualität.

Mit den Bereichen Pflege, Wohnen sowie Arbeit & Agogik bieten wir vielfältige Perspektiven unter einem Dach. Seit über 100 Jahren setzen wir uns für Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf ein. Als Kompetenzzentrum sind wir auf die Betreuung von blinden und sehbehinderten Menschen spezialisiert.

HR Teamleitung 80 %

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung deines engagierten HR-Teams, bestehend aus einer Sachbearbeiterin Payroll sowie Sachbearbeiterin Administration
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung des HR - strategisch, konzeptionell und operativ
  • Du packst im HR-Alltag mit an und übernimmt auch operative Aufgaben
  • Du optimierst und digitalisierst gemeinsam mit dem Team die HR-Kernprozesse
  • Du verstehst dich als Sparringpartner:in für unsere Führungskräfte
  • Du initiierst und setzt spannende HR-Projekte um
  • Du verantwortest eine professionelle, effiziente und dienstleistungsorientierte HR-Arbeit

Was erwarten wir von dir?

  • Du bringst mehrjährige HR-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung, mit
  • Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung zur HR-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis und sinnvollerweise eine ergänzende Weiterbildung im Bereich Management oder Leadership (z.B. CAS)
  • Du hast Freude an Aufbau, Entwicklung und Veränderung und bringst Prozessverständnis und Affinität für Digitalisierung mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Sozialwesen mit
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine unternehmerische, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Denkweise aus
  • Du bist eine empathische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Humor
