Levamos muito a sério a nossa missão de democratizar o acesso à energia solar, buscando uma solução integrada de painéis solares, baterias e carregadores EV – simples e sem custo inicial – que põe a energia solar na casa das pessoas e a poupança nas suas faturas – "BLING e fez-se luz!" ☀️⚡

Somos uma scale-up 100% portuguesa com um crescimento exponencial no setor da energia descentralizada. Entre as nossas conquistas, fizemos sucessivas rondas de investimento e fomos selecionados para o programa de scale-ups da Unicorn Factory em Lisboa – e isto é apenas o início, estamos só a "aquecer" 🏆

Estamos à procura do(a) nosso(a) próximo(a) Solar Advisor , para integrar a nossa equipa de Vendas. Este futuro “blinger” terá como missão contactar potenciais clientes residenciais (B2C) em Portugal – sendo o telefone o seu principal aliado, para apresentar soluções assentes em energia solar.

Procuramos uma pessoa proativa, ambiciosa e com vontade de fazer acontecer . Alguém que goste de vender, de superar desafios e de conhecer em detalhes o mundo da energia solar — e que saiba, acima de tudo, criar valor: perceber o que move cada cliente , gerar confiança e transformar necessidades em oportunidades ⚡

🟪 Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

  • Contate clientes em potencial que já demonstraram interesse através do nosso site, apresentando os benefícios da energia solar de forma clara, simples e confiante;
  • Perceber as necessidades de cada cliente durante as chamadas e apresentar soluções personalizadas;
  • Preparar propostas comerciais com o apoio de nossas ferramentas e softwares;
  • Garantir um serviço ao cliente de excelência , assegurando o acompanhamento necessário ao longo de todo o processo de venda;
  • Trabalhar em equipe para atingir e superar objetivos;
  • Colaborar com as equipes Técnicas e de Marketing , garantindo uma comunicação fluida com informação adequada e atualizada;
  • Participar na melhoria contínua dos processos internos e da estratégia comercial.

  • Ambição e paixão por vender , com vontade de crescer, aprender e alcançar resultados;
  • Experiência em vendas e contacto com clientes (preferencialmente, na área da energia solar);
  • Foco no cliente , com capacidade para criar relações de confiança e proporcionar uma excelente experiência;
  • Orientação para resultados , com determinação para atingir objetivos;
  • Proatividade e sentido de responsabilidade , com capacidade para identificar problemas e encontrar soluções;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e escuta ativa , com uma abordagem próxima, empática e orientada para o cliente;
  • Raciocínio lógico e capacidade de análise;
  • Organização e pensamento estruturado , para gerenciar prioridades e organizar informações de forma clara;
  • Interesse pela área das energias renováveis e da sustentabilidade;
  • Fluência em português;
  • Fluência em inglês (valorizada).
