Als Junior Flutter Developer bei Bling trägst du direkt dazu bei, die nächste Stufe unserer App zu erreichen und das Familienleben mit innovativen Features noch smarter zu gestalten. Als dynamisches Startup mit innovativen Lösungen legen wir großen Wert auf sauberen Code, großartiges Design und eine moderne, offene Arbeitskultur. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produkt- und Backend-Team zusammen, um neue Features auf Basis von Figma-Designs performanten Code umzusetzen und das von der technischen Umsetzung bis zum Release. Am Ende trägt deine Arbeit direkt dazu bei, dass unsere App für Familien in ganz Deutschland reibungslos läuft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Android- und iOS-App auf hohem technischen Niveau – mit Flutter und Dart.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt- und Backend-Team, um neue Features von der Idee bis zum Release umzusetzen.
  • Umsetzung von flüssigen und ansprechenden Benutzeroberflächen auf Basis von Figma-Designs, mit Fokus auf Performance und User Experience.
  • Anbindung von Backend-APIs und Mitwirkung am Aufbau einer robusten, skalierbaren Plattform.
  • Sicherstellung von wartbarem und gut getestetem Code.
  • Eigenständiges Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzial – in der App (z. B. Performance, technische Schulden, UX-Details) wie auch in unseren Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Code Reviews und stetige Verbesserung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung in der plattformübergreifenden App-Entwicklung mit Flutter und Dart – egal ob als Werkstudierender oder im Praktikum.
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einer nativen mobilen Programmiersprache wie Swift, Java oder Kotlin sind von Vorteil.
  • Ein gutes Auge für Details: dir fällt auf, wenn ein Abstand nicht stimmt oder eine Animation sich falsch anfühlt.
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von UI/UX-Prinzipien sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Design-Tools wie Figma.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und denkst nicht nur in Tickets, sondern bringst eigene Ideen ein und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für die Themen, an denen du arbeitest.
  • Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Coding-Tools (z. B. Cursor, Claude Code) – wir setzen sie aktiv in unserem Entwicklungsalltag ein.
  • Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch.
