A área tem a missão de mapear cenários complexos e desenhar arquiteturas de valor, garantindo que a tecnologia aplicada resolva dores reais e impulsione os resultados das empresas, operando com visão analítica para transformar requisitos operacionais em produtos eficientes e escaláveis.

Responsabilidades

  • Mapear requisitos técnicos e de negócio junto a clientes, traduzindo dores operacionais em soluções conversacionais escaláveis.
  • Analisar processos e jornadas de usuários para identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria contínua de performance.
  • Estruturar documentações funcionais precisas, garantindo alinhamento contínuo entre stakeholders e times de desenvolvimento.
  • Definir e monitorar KPIs de sucesso das soluções entregues, conectando as métricas de adoção aos objetivos do negócio.
  • Articular a comunicação entre áreas de tecnologia e negócios, viabilizando a entrega de projetos complexos com qualidade.

Qualificações

  • Experiência prática atuando com análise de negócios e levantamento de requisitos em projetos de tecnologia ou software.
  • Capacidade de traduzir fluxos de negócio complexos em especificações funcionais utilizando diagramas e modelagem de processos.
  • Experiência operando com análise de dados e estruturação de métricas de sucesso utilizando ferramentas de BI e banco de dados.
  • Facilitação estratégica com stakeholders garantindo alinhamento de expectativas e clareza nas entregas propostas.
  • Vivência prática em ambientes ágeis atuando diretamente no detalhamento e refinamento de backlogs para times técnicos.
  • Compreensão da dinâmica de integrações de sistemas e consumo de APIs para propor soluções viáveis e escaláveis.
  • Fluência no uso de inteligência artificial generativa aplicada à produtividade, análise de dados e resolução de problemas diários.
