Vi søger en kompetent kundeservicemedarbejder der kan yde god kundeservice til vores kunder via telefon og e-mail samt i vores butik/showroom i Vejle. I rollen får du en alsidig hverdag med tæt dialog og samarbejde med dine kolleger på kontoret. Samtidig bliver du et vigtigt kontaktpunkt for både private og erhvervskunder hos BLITE A/S og vores søsterselskab VTK A/S.

Arbejdsopgaver:

  • Kundeservice pr. mail, telefon, Trustpilot og Facebook.
  • Kundeservice i vores butik/showroom og udlevering af varer til kunderne.
  • Behandle returneringer og reklamationer.
  • Generelle administrative opgaver i kundeservice.

Vi søger en medarbejder som:

  • Er serviceminded og kan yde en god kundeservice både i telefonen og i vores butik.
  • Kan holde overblik over egne opgaver.
  • Kan arbejde med flere forskellige systemer, og har gode IT-kundskaber.
  • Er mødesikker og fleksibel i forhold til at yde en ekstra indsats når situationen kræver det.
  • Trives med en uformel og ligefrem omgangstone på kontoret.
