ABOUT BLOOMING HEALTH

Blooming Health is a mission-driven health technology company helping healthcare and community-based organizations better engage the people they serve. Our platform uses intelligent, multilingual outreach and care enablement workflows to connect individuals with the services and resources they need.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Blooming Health is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of campaigns, events, demand generation initiatives, and marketing operations projects.

This role will own the planning and execution of our conferences, industry events, and flagship Blooming Days programming. You will also coordinate cross-functional campaigns, manage speaker and advisor relationships, oversee key marketing systems and processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with hands-on experience in event execution, marketing operations, and stakeholder management. You should be comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives while bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to a fast-moving environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

LEAD CONFERENCES AND EVENTS

- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, industry trade shows, virtual executive roundtables, and company-hosted events.

- Lead project management for Blooming Days, including in-person summits and virtual programming.

- Partner with company leadership to define event objectives, audiences, themes, and success measures.

- Manage event timelines, vendors, budgets, deliverables, attendee communications, and internal responsibilities.

- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline generated through conferences, webinars, and Blooming Days events.

MANAGE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND INITIATIVES

- Coordinate the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Develop clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, ownership structures, and task dependencies.

- Ensure campaign assets, collateral, approvals, and cross-functional deliverables are completed on schedule.

- Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, leadership, and external agencies to resolve roadblocks and keep projects moving.

- Provide stakeholders with regular updates on progress, risks, priorities, and upcoming deadlines.

STRENGTHEN MARKETING OPERATIONS

- Oversee the effective use of HubSpot across marketing automation, attribution, data hygiene, and Sales alignment.

- Partner with internal operations and automation resources on routine platform maintenance.

- Manage website optimization initiatives in collaboration with external vendors, with a focus on user experience and conversion.

- Monitor team capacity, coordinate tactical assignments, and track campaign and event spending against approved budgets.

- Help implement and improve project management tools and processes, including platforms such as Trello.

MANAGE SPEAKERS, ADVISORS, AND PARTNERS

- Own the speaker pipeline for Blooming Days, conferences, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate speaker outreach, scheduling, preparation calls, asset collection, and event-day requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with past and current speakers to encourage repeat participation.

- Serve as the primary marketing project lead for external advisors and translate their strategic input into actionable initiatives.

- Coordinate effectively with healthcare executives, partners, payers, providers, and other industry stakeholders.

IMPROVE REPORTING AND PROCESSES

- Manage the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards.

- Track funnel conversion, lead velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, campaign performance, event ROI, and customer discovery metrics.

- Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting for marketing and company leadership.

- Standardize campaign and event intake procedures, approval workflows, and request frameworks.

- Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions that improve execution speed and accountability.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.

- At least five years of experience in marketing project management, event management, marketing operations, or an agency environment.

- Experience working within healthcare, health technology, payer, provider, or B2B SaaS organizations.

- Demonstrated success managing conferences, executive events, speaker programs, or other complex marketing initiatives from planning through completion.

- Strong experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.

- Proficiency with project and work management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of project scoping, timeline management, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and personal accountability.

- Working knowledge of healthcare payer and provider terminology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience planning executive-level healthcare events or industry conferences.

- Experience measuring event attribution, campaign ROI, and marketing-sourced pipeline.

- Familiarity with website optimization and conversion-rate improvement projects.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED

- Consistent on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns, conferences, and events.

- Timely completion of speaker outreach, preparation calls, and asset collection.

- Strong speaker satisfaction, retention, and repeat participation.

- Reduced approval and production timelines for campaign and event assets.

- Accurate, well-maintained HubSpot data and marketing attribution.

- Clear reporting on MQL-to-SQL conversion, lead velocity, event ROI, and marketing-generated pipeline.

- Improved operational efficiency and fewer execution bottlenecks across Marketing.

BENEFITS

- Fully remote work, except for employees located in New York City and the surrounding area, who work from the office one day per week.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

- 401(k) retirement plan.

- Unlimited paid time off.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
