O Neuropsicólogo é responsável pela avaliação neuropsicológica de crianças e adolescentes com condições do neurodesenvolvimento, contribuindo para a caracterização do perfil cognitivo, adaptativo e comportamental do paciente. Utiliza instrumentos padronizados com parecer favorável no SATEPSI, entrevistas com família e escola e observação clínica para produzir o laudo com hipóteses diagnósticas e descrição do perfil do avaliado que auxiliam o médico e recomendações que subsidiam o PIC conduzido pela equipe analítico-comportamental.

  • Conduzir avaliações neuropsicológicas em crianças e adolescentes com suspeita ou diagnóstico de transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento (TEA, TDAH, deficiência intelectual, transtornos específicos de aprendizagem e atrasos de desenvolvimento).
  • Realizar anamnese e entrevistas com responsáveis pelo paciente.
  • Selecionar e aplicar instrumentos padronizados adequados à faixa etária e ao repertório do paciente, respeitando as condições de uso previstas no SATEPSI.
  • Corrigir, interpretar e integrar os dados obtidos, articulando resultados psicométricos com observação clínica e informações contextuais.
  • Elaborar laudos, relatórios e pareceres em conformidade com as resoluções do CFP, com linguagem acessível à família e utilidade clínica para a equipe.
  • Realizar devolutiva aos responsáveis.
  • Participar de reuniões clínicas e discussões de caso, contribuindo com a leitura neuropsicológica do paciente, quando autorizado.
  • Manter registros e documentos atualizados no prontuário.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre evidências e instrumentos em avaliação neuropsicológica do neurodesenvolvimento.
  • Zelar pela ética profissional e pelo sigilo das informações, conforme o Código de Ética Profissional do Psicólogo.
