Mit deinem juristischen Know-how begleitest du anspruchsvolle Infrastrukturprojekte und schaffst rechtliche Klarheit, von der Raumplanung über Umwelt- und Eigentumsfragen bis zum Land- und Rechtserwerb. Damit trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Projekte rechtssicher geplant und umgesetzt werden können. ###

Das wartet auf dich:

  • Führe anspruchsvolle Rechtsfälle eigenverantwortlich, mit Schwerpunkt Bau-, Raumplanungs-, Umweltrecht
  • Begleite Infrastrukturprojekte rechtlich und schaffe mit fundierten Lösungen Planungssicherheit
  • Berate Projektleitende und Fachspezialist:innen in den relevanten Rechtsgebieten sowie beim Land- und Rechtserwerb
  • Vertrete die Interessen der BLS gegenüber Behörden, Nachbar:innen, Vertragspartner:innen und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Entwickle rechtliche Standards sowie das Vertrags- und Vorlagenmanagement im Bereich Grund und Rechte weiter
  • Sei Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams bestehend aus Landerwerber:innen und Jurist:innen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Juristisches Studium sowie Praxiserfahrung im Bau-, Raumplanungs- und Umweltrecht
  • Interesse am Verwaltungsrecht und an rechtlichen Fragestellungen rund um Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Freude daran, komplexe Fragestellungen verständlich aufzubereiten und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; verhandlungssicheres Französisch von Vorteil
