Associate Dentist – Merrill, Wisconsin 54452

Blue Jay Dental has a client seeking an Associate Dentist in Merrill, Wisconsin, approximately 17 miles north of Wausau by car. Join an updated seven-operatory digital practice serving more than 2,500 active patients, supported by three full-time hygienists. Clinical autonomy is complemented by practice management support, continuing education, and on-site and remote mentoring.

Competitive base salary and expected total compensation of $200,000–$300,000+, dependent on performance and agreement terms. Benefits include vacation, employer-contribution 401(k), continuing education support, and health insurance.

Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD degree and appropriate Wisconsin dental licensure. Strong communication, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to ethical patient care are essential.
