Blue Jay Dental has a client seeking an Associate Dentist in Mosinee, Wisconsin, approximately 16 miles south of Wausau and 21 miles north of Stevens Point by car. Practice as a solo dentist with clinical mentoring and management support. The established office is expanding to eight operatories and has two full-time hygienists. An opportunity for a confident clinician who values continued learning and patient relationships.

Competitive starting base salary and expected total compensation of $200,000–$300,000+, dependent on performance and agreement terms. Benefits include continuing education support, matching 401(k), health insurance, and vacation.

Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD degree and appropriate Wisconsin dental licensure. Strong communication, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to ethical patient care are essential.
