Blue Jay Dental has a client seeking an Associate Dentist in Wausau, Wisconsin. Join a busy modern practice with 11 operatories, multiple dentists on site, five to six hygienists, and over 100 new patients monthly. Develop your skills through mentoring in implants and comprehensive restorative dentistry.

Expected total associate compensation of $300,000–$400,000, dependent on individual performance and agreement terms. Benefits include vacation, health insurance, a matching 401(k), and continuing education support.

Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD degree and appropriate Wisconsin dental licensure. Strong communication, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to ethical patient care are essential.
