Blue Jay Dental has a client with a busy office that takes all insurances and sees a strong caseload of medicaid patients.

Reimbursement for medicaid in Michigan is very strong and this opportunity has excellent income potential.

JOB DETAILS  DATE NEEDED ASAP DAYS OF THE WEEK NEEDED Monday-Friday, 2 Saturdays per month EXPERIENCE NEEDED 0-10 years LOOKING FOR IN A DENTIST CANDIDATE? DESIRE 1 Motivated and open to learning and growing DESIRE 2 Clincally confident DESIRE 3 Ability to perfom quadrant dentistry, same day dentistry  PATIENT INFO: CASELOAD (% adults to kds) 18-22 patients per day, 50/50 kids to adults PAY TYPES (eg. %FFS, PPO, HMO, Medicaid) Medicaid/PPO/FFS MEDICAID % 65%- fees as high as commercial insurance in MI, with no co-pays, deductibles or maximums  OFFICE INFO: # OF OPERATORIES 6 COMPUTERS IN OPERATORIES? yes DIGITAL Equipment? List modern equipment available Dexis Xrays CHARTING SOFTWARE USED (Dentrix, Eaglesoft...) Dentrix PAPER / PAPERLESS paperless TYPE OF CHAIRS Henry Schein CONE BEAM? no 3D PRINTER? no CEREC? no LASER no OTHER EQUIPMENT 1 Wave One Rotary for endo 2 digital denture impressions 3 Procedures INFO: POSTERIO ENDO yes Sleep Apnea no PLACE IMPLANTS no PEDIATRICS yes ORTHODONTICS no
