Registered Dental Hygienist

Harrisonburg, VA

What We Provide:

  • Starting hourly rate of $55-60, plus the option for performance-based incentives if you're interested.
  • A well-established group of patients.
  • Qualification for health insurance after your first 90 days.
  • Dedicated Hygiene Advocate – We have a Registered Dental Hygienist who champions and assists our hygienists.
  • Complete independence in your clinical decisions.
  • Chances for professional advancement and skill-building.
  • Funding for continuing education (CE) and CPR certification.
  • Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; 7 AM to 5 PM on Tuesdays; (with 1-2 Fridays per month in place of Mondays)

Collaborating closely with the dentist and the rest of the clinical staff, our dental hygienists are essential in offering outstanding care. We view our providers—the dentists and hygienists alike—as the core of our operations.

  • Program linking oral health to overall systemic well-being

  • Attractive compensation tailored to your background, with a secure base salary and limitless earning capacity. You'll receive either 30% of net production or your base pay—whichever is greater—disbursed automatically.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid state Dental Hygiene license and graduation from an accredited hygiene program
  • Familiarity with dental charting systems and digital X-rays, along with the adaptability to pick up new software
  • Strong dedication to offering top-tier care, guidance, and information to patients
