About the Opportunity

Blue Link Wireless is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead sales performance, revenue growth, talent development, and operational execution across an assigned portfolio of retail locations.

This leader will provide direct oversight of Area Sales Leaders (ASLs), driving consistent field execution, leadership accountability, and sustainable business growth.

  • Develop Area Sales Leaders and support their effectiveness in coaching Store Leaders and frontline sales teams to achieve consistent, high-performing results.
  • Establish a consistent leadership cadence through one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and accountability for business outcomes.
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline through effective recruiting, staffing, succession planning, and internal development.
  • Hold Area Sales Leaders accountable for hiring quality candidates, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, developing their teams, and improving retention.
  • Identify high-potential talent and build leadership capability to support future growth and succession needs.
  • Recognize and reinforce strong performance while addressing leadership and execution gaps promptly.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

  • Ensure consistent execution of AT&T and Blue Link Wireless requirements, merchandising standards, promotions, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory controls, cash management, discounting practices, and loss prevention to minimize operational risk and financial losses.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
