Ihre/Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen der Personalarbeit von A-Z
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Arbeits- und Ausbildungsverträgen sowie Vertragsänderungen
  • Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeitenden inklusive der Durchführung von Einführungsgesprächen
  • Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden sowie die Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Beratung und Bearbeitung von Themen rund um Mutterschutz, Elternzeit und Elterngeld
  • Mitarbeit bei der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer externen Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Verantwortung für das Bewerbermanagement sowie erste Ansprechperson für die Bewerbenden und Fachbereiche
  • Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Personalprozesse
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten sowie Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen, Statistiken und personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen Personaladministration und Dokumentation

Ihr/Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Fingerspitzengefühl in unterschiedlichen Gesprächssituationen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
