· An experienced Financial Advisor, Insurance, Investment, Banking, or Business Development professional looking for growth.

· A strong relationship builder who enjoys networking, prospecting, and creating opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

· Build your own book of business and develop trusted client relationships.

· Understand client goals and provide financial guidance and solutions.

· Advise clients on investments, insurance, retirement planning, wealth management, and financial planning.

· Generate business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement.

· Training, coaching, and professional development

· Licenses needed: Series 7, Series 66, SIE and Life & Accident and Health preparation

· Financial planning and wealth management resources

· Approximately $90,000–$130,000 first-year earnings potential, based on production and individual performance

The approximate first-year earnings range is based on historical performance. 401(k) match will be received only if production is over $88,000 FYC. Eligibility applies only to Financial Services Representatives /Wealth Management Advisors who hold a full-time career contract with MassMutual. Eligibility for subsidized benefits and before-tax coverage is based on meeting certain contract requirements. Benefit plan provisions are subject to modification or termination. Financial Services Professionals/Financial Services Representatives/Wealth Management Advisors are independent contractors and are not employees of MassMutual, its subsidiaries, or General Agents with whom they contract.
