- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand emerging talent needs and translate workforce requirements into actionable recruiting strategies.

- Lead recruiting execution for apprenticeship, internship, and new graduate rotational programs, ensuring strong alignment between candidate selection, program requirements, and organizational talent needs.

- Oversee campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, technical engagement events, and other university partnerships, ensuring resources are directed toward activities that deliver measurable hiring outcomes.

- Collaborate with employer branding, communications, and university engagement partners to strengthen Blue Origin's presence among students and recent graduates through compelling storytelling, digital engagement, and targeted recruiting campaigns.

- Establish and monitor key recruiting performance indicators, including pipeline health, hiring progress, offer acceptance rates, time to fill, candidate experience, university recruiting effectiveness, and recruiting return on investment.

- Leverage recruiting analytics, market intelligence, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve recruiting strategies, operational efficiency, and hiring outcomes.

- Drive process improvements and scalable recruiting practices that enhance candidate experience, hiring manager engagement, and recruiter productivity.

- Manage recruiting budgets, vendor relationships, event investments, and other resources to maximize program effectiveness and operational efficiency.

- Represent Early Career Recruiting in cross-functional planning discussions, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and regular performance updates to senior leadership.

- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while supporting Blue Origin's Leadership Principles.

- Demonstrated success developing and executing early career recruiting strategies supporting multiple business functions or locations.

- Experience managing large-scale internship, university recruiting, or new graduate hiring initiatives in a complex or rapidly growing organization.

- Strong understanding of the U.S. university recruiting landscape, academic recruiting cycles, campus engagement strategies, and emerging talent market trends.

- Proven ability to establish recruiting metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to influence business decisions and improve outcomes.

- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

- Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities, lead through ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to travel domestically as required to support university recruiting activities, business partnerships, and team engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading early career recruiting teams in aerospace, engineering, advanced manufacturing, technology, or other highly technical industries.

- Experience managing recruiting strategies across multiple U.S. locations and business units.

- Demonstrated success scaling internship and new graduate recruiting programs while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and experience.

- Experience supporting rotational development programs and collaborating with program leaders to align recruiting and participant selection with long-term workforce needs.

- Experience developing strategic university partnerships that improve talent pipeline quality, hiring outcomes, and return on recruiting investment.

- Strong understanding of employer branding, digital recruiting campaigns, student engagement, and innovative sourcing strategies.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and recruiting analytics tools to improve recruiting operations.

- Demonstrated ability to develop recruiting forecasts, manage budgets, and optimize investments across university recruiting channels.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
