Blue Projects’ Project Delivery & Engineering team is looking for a Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Bucharest, Romania.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer, who is motivated to join a dynamic team delivering international, interdisciplinary design work. The role focuses on the modelling, design and detailing of steel and concrete structures, preparation of technical documentation and coordination with international design teams. You will contribute to complex international projects in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, using modern design tools while developing your expertise across major industrial and civil projects.

Job Description

  • Model, design and detail steel structures.
  • Model, design and detail concrete structures.
  • Prepare written technical documentation, including technical reports, specifications and calculation notes.
  • Coordinate design activities with international design teams.

Qualifications

  • University degree in civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Buildings (CCIA).
  • Mid to advanced level of civil engineering knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of SAP2000 and ETABS.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Working knowledge of IDEA StatiCa.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced level of English
