Hos Blue Water Logistics søger vi en engageret og serviceminded Administration Assistant, som ønsker at være en central del af vores daglige drift og kundeservice.

Om stillingen

Som Administration Assistant bliver du et vigtigt bindeled mellem vores kunder, leverandører, eksterne samarbejdspartnere og vores egne medarbejdere på lager og terminal. Du får en alsidig hverdag med stor kontaktflade og en bred vifte af administrative og koordinerende opgaver.

Du vil få et betydeligt ansvar for selvstændigt at håndtere og koordinere kundeordrer fra start til slut. Samtidig bliver du en del af et stærkt team, hvor samarbejde, fleksibilitet og fælles succes er afgørende for at skabe de bedste løsninger for vores kunder.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Modtagelse, registrering og håndtering af kundeordrer
  • Koordinering af opgaver mellem kunder og den operationelle drift
  • Daglig dialog med kunder, leverandører og eksterne interessenter
  • Tæt samarbejde med havnearbejdere, terminalmedarbejdere og lagerpersonale
  • Opfølgning på opgaver for at sikre, at leverancer og services gennemføres til kundernes tilfredshed
  • Administrative opgaver relateret til transport, lager og terminaldrift
  • Bidrage til optimering af arbejdsgange og processer

  • Arbejder struktureret og har sans for detaljen
  • Trives med mange kontaktflader og højt tempo
  • Tager ansvar og kan arbejde selvstændigt
  • Er løsningsorienteret og god til at skabe overblik
  • Har stærke kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk
  • Har erfaring med administrative opgaver, gerne inden for logistik, lager eller transportbranchen
